Privacy policy

Ashby & Rourke CPAs, LLC, 1630 Welton Street, Suite 410, Denver, CO 80202, is responsible for the personal information you send us. We process what you write in the contact form, your name, email, telephone number and a short description of what you need, for one purpose: to answer you and, if you become a client, to do the work you engage us for. Inquiries that do not become clients are deleted after six months; client records are kept for seven years after the engagement ends. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing. Tax return information is protected by Section 7216 of the Internal Revenue Code: we use or disclose it only with your written consent or as the law allows, and we safeguard financial information as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requires. You may ask us for a copy of your data, for correction or for deletion, and you may contact the Colorado Attorney General, Consumer Protection Section, 1300 Broadway, Denver, CO 80203.
